Pilates at the core of the studio
Pilates is the main practice here. Reformer classes sit alongside mat Pilates, with a range of paths that move from foundation work to more dynamic sessions. Mindful Reformer is controlled and built on breath, Foundation Reformer slows the pace to focus on technique and body awareness, and Dynamic Reformer adds tempo and intensity for people who already have experience on the machine.
Mat classes follow the same logic. Foundation Mat Pilates stays close to the original method, while Mindful Mat Pilates is a flowing practice that builds strength and stability through the core. Dynamic Mat Pilates raises the pulse with more repetitions.
Yoga and the shape of the week
The yoga classes are a smaller part of the timetable. Hatha Vinyasa blends slow, mindful movement with flowing transitions, while Yin to Nidra Yoga holds postures longer and ends in deep rest. Women's Balance Yoga offers a protected space for women to focus on relaxation and shared practice.
Mornings are the busiest part of the week, with starts at 7:45am and 9am, and evening starts around 5:15pm and 6:30pm are also common. Most classes run 55 minutes.
