Two ways of moving
RÝSE - FORM lists two main approaches under one roof. HEAT covers the hot yoga and Pilates classes, which focus on movement, energy and mobility. FORM covers reformer Pilates, which focuses on strength, control and alignment. The classes are typically 60 minutes long, with a 90-minute HEAT Flow + Restore option that ends with 30 minutes of rest.
Among the formats, hot vinyasa flow, HEAT Flow Sculpt with hand weights, HEAT Pilates Inferno with interval training, and HEAT Deep Stretch with props stand out. Hatha and ashtanga-based sequences are also part of the mix.
The rhythm of the week
Classes start as early as 7am and as late as 7:30pm, with the busiest windows in the morning and early evening. The studio's classes are taught by a couple of dozen facilitators, and Kelsi, Nadja, Maggie, Danica and Irene lead the largest share of sessions.
As a Lugeck studio, RÝSE - FORM sits in the Innere Stadt, so it is convenient for practice before or after work in the city center. The studio describes itself as a place for movement, strength and energy, with a lively studio atmosphere.
