What the classes are
Yoga is the backbone of the timetable, and most of the classes are styled as vinyasa, hatha or power yoga. The vinyasa flow moves through asanas in a dynamic rhythm, while the hatha classes hold postures longer and place more attention on breath and alignment. Several sessions blend these with sound, so the flow may end with a gong bath or a short sound healing.
Beyond the core yoga, the studio includes aerial yoga, which uses a hammock to support and open the body, along with mobility work, restorative classes built around myofascial release, and qigong and tai chi. Meditation and calming sessions sit alongside these, offering a slower pace for those who want to rest rather than move.
Who leads and when
Vienna's practice here is spread across a handful of studios, and the studio's roughly ten facilitators include Vera, Tetiana, Alisa, Eugenia, Nataliya, Anton, Lydia, Anna, Mariia and Inga. Several teach in Russian, which is why the Russian-language classes are a visible part of the schedule.
Most classes are taught in English, and sessions run from about 9am through the evening. For a first visit, an all-levels hatha or vinyasa class in English is a steady place to begin, and the gong bath suits anyone curious about sound.
