Movement and practice styles

Pilates is one of the main threads here, with a class for beginners and one for people who already have some practice. Vinyasa yoga for adults runs as a flowing practice that moves between poses with the breath, and meditation and breathwork classes sit alongside the movement work.

The body-focused classes are a large part of the offer. Core and pelvic floor training appears in many sessions, and there are classes aimed at mobility, stretch, hips and back.

Classes for pregnancy and midlife

The prenatal classes are one of the more distinctive parts of the studio. The prenatal workout and relax class and step and fit for pregnant women both adapt to different levels, from people who rarely exercise to those who already train regularly.

For women in midlife, the body workout for women 40 and over is a full-body session that combines strength, stretching and balance. It is held in the morning, so it can start the day.
