Strength, intervals and mobility
The core of the studio is FACT CROSS, a functional strength and conditioning program that changes its exercises regularly and works at high intensity. Variations include FACT CROSS FUN and WORK, FACT CROSS POWER, which moves through stations to build strength, endurance, speed and mobility, and FACT CROSS ADVANCED. FACT CIRCUIT is an interval format built on five elements: core, agility, upper body strength, lower body strength and plyometrics.
Alongside these, the studio offers FACT Yoga, based on medical yoga and spiral dynamics, which links movement, breath and alignment to work on restricted mobility. FACT Pilates is taught in English. There is also a kettlebell course focused on technique, and personal athletics training.
Pregnancy, postnatal and everyday movement
The studio runs a prenatal course that combines fitness with pelvic floor work to prepare for birth, and a MamaFit course at level 2 for mothers who have completed their postnatal recovery. Classes for joints and mobility, and for core and pelvic floor, appear in the program in smaller numbers.
About ten facilitators lead the classes, and Tobi, Annika, Sarah and Patrick are among those with the most sessions. Classes run from 6am early starts through to 7:15pm, and most take an hour.
