What the classes cover
Most classes at this studio are yoga, and hatha, vinyasa, yin and back-focused classes all run here. Pilates has a strong presence too, including a basic reformer class for newcomers to the machines. The range of classes is wide, with some aimed at beginners and others at people with more experience.
Evenings are the busiest part of the week, with more than half of the classes starting after work. Mornings and weekends also have a steady number of classes, while midday is quieter. Monday, Tuesday and Sunday tend to be the fullest days.
Who leads and how classes are shaped
The studio has a team of about ten facilitators, and a few of them lead most of the classes, including tatiana, tabea, marita, isabella and david. Judith, katrin, diane, sandra d and jelena also teach here regularly. Classes last about 75 minutes on average, and some run shorter or longer.
The studio also offers a prevention course, hatha yoga for active relaxation, which is spread over eight sessions. A separate yoga class for men is listed as well, as an open class you can join at any point.
