What is taught here
The studio's classes lean toward Yoga and Pilates in roughly equal measure. Yin Yoga and Restorative sessions hold poses for longer, using bolsters and blocks to support the body, while Hatha Yoga and Flow classes move more. Pilates appears in several forms, from morning sessions with a dynamic energy to Slow Flow Pilates and Feel Good Pilates with fascia work.
Alongside these, a few classes focus on breathwork, mindfulness and strength, and a handful are labeled as hormone or prevention courses.
How the week runs
Classes run from 8am to 7:45pm, with most of the week split between mornings and evenings. The busiest days are Sunday, Friday and Wednesday, and the busiest start times are 9:30am, 11am, 6pm and 7:45pm. Most classes last 75 minutes, with 60 and 90 minute sessions also common.
The studio is led by about ten facilitators, among them Bea, Christine, Pia, Thurid, Susann and Almut. Classes are taught in German.
