In Be Happy Yoga’s words
Yoga Flow — also known as Vinyasa — is an energising style of yoga that blends strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, mental clarity, and emotional calm into one dynamic practice. In Sanskrit, vinyasa means “to move with the breath” and krama means “sequence.” Every class links postures in creative, flowing sequences, often building toward “peak poses” or exploring fun variations like mandala flow, where you move 360° around the mat. The result? A moving meditation that gets you out of your head and into your body. Suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. It’s helpful (but not essential) to have attended a yoga class before and be familiar with posture names. Beginners are welcome — options and modifications are given at every stage so you can work at your own level.
