Exploring the many traditional aspects of the Yoga, pranayama, asana, mantra, relaxation and mediations. Classes are themed around the areas of philosophy, mind, body and spirt. One of the key aspects of Akhanda yoga is to work on all the directional movements of the spine. The classes offer a balance of effort and allowing yin and yang. This ensure the classes can be enjoyed by students of all levels. Akhanda Yoga, our aim is to cultivate a deeper level of awareness.
