How the week runs
The studio's classes lean toward yoga in the evening. Most of the lessons are Yin or Yin-inspired, with a focus on calm, release and flexibility. The vinyasa classes add movement, breath and focus, and they are often where the studio's weekly resilience theme comes into the practice.
The weekly pattern is steady. Friday, Wednesday and Sunday have the most classes, and the weekend has a smaller share of the schedule than the working week.
Who leads the practice
Marianna leads more classes than anyone else at the studio. Her sessions give a clear sense of what RESILIENCE YOGA offers: a slow and attentive practice that supports the nervous system and builds strength and mobility gently.
The classes are open to all levels, so a newcomer can start with a Yin session and move on to vinyasa when they feel ready.
