What is taught at ARI Sports
The core of the timetable is reformer Pilates, along with core and pelvic floor classes and a strong run of strength sessions. Several classes are built around the full body, including full body beginners and full body intermediate, which step up in intensity as you progress. Alongside these, the studio offers a steady number of mobility and stretch classes, including hip mobility, mobility for all levels and a class focused on learning the splits.
The studio also runs a smaller set of gentler classes. Fascia training and release is slower paced, and posture-focused work blends back, core and glute exercises with music. These are the classes to look for if you want something lighter within the same studio.
How the week runs
Classes are spread across the week, but the evening is the center of it. Starts cluster around 5pm to 7:20pm, and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday carry the most classes. Morning starts from 8:20am are available, though fewer in number, and weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.
The studio is run by a team of about ten facilitators, with Jana, Katja, Jasmin, Jessie, Celine and Lisa leading the most classes. Because each class runs 50 minutes, it is easy to fit a session around a working day.
