How the week runs
Most of the classes at physiofit potsdam are an hour long and take place in the evening, with a clear peak around 6pm and 7pm. Early classes start from 9am, and a smaller share falls at midday, so mornings and lunch breaks are available too. The week is built around the working day rather than the weekend.
About a dozen facilitators lead the classes, and Nadja, Anna-Lee, Fabien, Sarah and Moritz teach the most. The classes cover a wide range: about a third are for all levels, and a similar share work on core and pelvic floor or joints and mobility.
Classes for the body and the back
RückenFit is a prevention course for people who want to strengthen the back, improve posture and build more stability. Stretch & Relax and Yin Yoga offer a quieter counterpoint, mixing mobility, breathing and long, held stretches. For strength, Functional Fitness and Cycling and Burn ask more of the body.
Zirkeltraining lets you move at your own rhythm through a series of stations, which makes it a useful entry point if you are unsure how to structure your own training. The studio is a good fit for anyone who wants a clear plan rather than open practice.
