In femmewell’s words

〰️MamaBaby Pilates III (from approx. 6 months postpartum – for advanced postnatal recovery) MamaBaby Pilates III is a progressive, strengthening Pilates class for mothers after childbirth – together with baby. The class is designed for women from approximately 6 months postpartum who have completed their postnatal recovery and would like to further deepen and build upon their foundation. The focus is on targeted strength development, stability, and movement quality. In addition to more dynamic sequences, this class intentionally integrates Pre-Pilates exercises. These provide the technical foundation for flowing Pilates sessions and support precise, controlled execution. Training includes bodyweight exercises and small Pilates props, with smoother transitions and a moderate increase in intensity compared to Level II. Key elements of the class: · advanced strengthening of the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles · Pre-Pilates exercises to improve technique and body control · development of core and full-body stability · coordination, movement precision, and conscious breathing All exercises are clearly instructed and individually adapted, performed at a more active and structured pace. The aim is to gradually increase resilience, refine Pilates technique, and experience the body as strong and capable. If you are unsure whether this class is currently suitable for you, feel free to contact us in advance – we are happy to advise you personally.
